Bamboo Capital Pty Ltd

        

Zheng He as 50% joint investment stake in Bamboo Capital Pty Ltd, which provides Structured Finance solutions to businesses and companies.

Zheng He seeks to capitalise on the tightening credit and liquidity condition in Australia by originating and working with partners to offer structured finance products and solutions not offered by traditional banking.

Bamboo Capital is currently raising an Enhanced Fixed Income Fund underwritten by Hannover Re with Australian Executive Trustees acting as the Trustee.
