Corporate Information
The Board has the responsibility for ensuring the Company is properly managed so as to protect and enhance Shareholders' interests in a manner which is consistent with the Company's responsibility to meet its obligations to all parties with which it interacts.
To this end, the Board has adopted corporate governance policies, practices and procedures for the corporate governance of the Company (Policies). In developing and adopting the Policies, the Directors considered the ASX Principles of Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations (Recommendations) and the ASX Listing Rules.
To date, Board has adopted the following Statements/Policies:
