Utilising the extensive experience of its directors and managers, coupled with extensive Asian connections, Zheng He plans to develop a corporate advisory business, including :-

• Initial Public Offerings, both on ASX or regional bourses
• Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestments by companies (Australian or Asian) of Australian assets or resources as well as Australian companies seeking business opportunities in Asia.
• Advice on company strategy and capital management
• Company restructuring and re-organisation for IPO or Divestment
• Arranging various forms of debt/equity fund raising such as Pre-IPO or Cornerstone Investors, and road shows
• Underwriting of IPOs and Rights Issue
• Placement of securities, both in Australia or to institutions or high net worth investors in Asia

Zheng He will focus on corporate origination from unlisted and listed companies to develop its clients, both local and offshore.
